RNLI MICHAELMAS FAIR 2009 raises a record sum!

We are delighted to announce that the fourth RNLI Michaelmas Fair has lived up to expectations with another new record and despite the current economic climate, the Michaelmas Fair 2009 raised a net sum of just under £14,000 which has been given directly to the RNLI. We would like to thank Port Regis, RNLI Supporters, our Stallholders and visitors to the Fair, the Michaelmas Fair Sponsors, and all our volunteer helpers, without whom none of this would have been possible!

The winners of the Michaelmas Fair Draw 'star prizes' are:
    1st Prize: Mrs J Kenney
    3 x nights dinner, B&B for two at Island Hotel Tresco , Scilly Isles,     incl return ferry passage from Penzance.
 
    2nd Prize: R Herbert
    £200 Travel Voucher for Brittany Ferries.
 
    3rd Prize: Mrs Fry
    Return day trip to Jersey or Guernsey from Poole or Weymouth,     Condor Ferries.

The next Michaelmas Fair will be held at Port Regis on
October 2010 - Friday 29th (12.00-5.30pm) and Saturday 30th (9.30-3pm)

Stall applications are welcomed from the beginning of January, and the application must arrive by 31st January 2010. The Selection Committee meets from 1st February onwards and successful applicants will be notified by the end of February.

If you would like to apply for a stall, email info@michaelmasfair.com giving a description of what you would be selling, and the price range. Web addresses and a picture of your stall would be really helpful! Please note that we have not sent out any automatic renewals.
